How long does it take to get my order?
Guaranteed delivery times are indicated below for the United States and Canada. If we don't get your product delivered in time, shipping is Free. We use USPS and UPS to ship our products. We do not currently ship outside of the United States and Canada. Business shipping days are Monday - Friday.

We take pride in our quick deliveries for personalized items and do our best to insure quick turn around time of your product, however, from time to time our shipping partners USPS and UPS may have as a delays as a result of heavy volumes, or bad weather.
How can I check on my order status?
You will automatically receive an email notifying you that your order has shipped with a delivery tracking number. We normally ship United States Postal Service, when you receive your tracking number, you can come to this page and enter the deliver confirmation tracking number above, or go to USPS Tracking at http://www.usps.com/shipping/trackandconfirm.htm, If you are concerned or believe there is possible an issue, tou can also send an email to support@2blockheads.com or call 484 824-8500 and we will provide a further detailed status for you. The marjority of our personalized clocks ship via UPS, tracking information can be checked by entering the shipping information at http://www.ups.com/content/us/en/index.jsx.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is based on the weight of the products and delivery time/method selected for shipping. We use standard US Postal Service Shipping Tables. Shipping is not per item, but based on actual weight of the products ordered. The best way to check shipping is to add item to your cart and enter shipping zip code to see shipping options and costs. However some estimates are provided below for single ship items.

I noticed that I have mis-spelled something in my order, How do I get it fixed?
Please immediatly send an email to support@2blockheads.com and/or call us at 484 824-8500, however, if the order has already been processed through personalization we will not be able to correct it at our expense, but you can re-order another at discounted rates.
What if I do not know all of the information you have asked for when personalizing a book?
Some of our more popular books can be fully edited by our team for you, however, some cannot so this depends on the storyline, you can also look for the fields that may be indicated as optional, these fields are not required in order to customize a book. Do you take special requests outside of what I am allowed to enter on the site?
Yes, but delivery times may increase slightly depending on our current workload.
How do I pay?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Paypal and Money Orders. In some instances we may accept Checks, however checks must full clear before shipments can be made. If you would like to just order by mail, you can print out this order form. and mail payment as indicated above. If payment is not received within 15 days of order placement it will be automatically cancelled.
